The warranty covers all products, especially opened and used electrical appliances. However, the warranty expressly does not cover these products: open cosmetic products such as toothpaste or open replacement heads. The warranty period calculation period starts from the invoice date. The territorial scope of warranty protection is limited to the following countries: Poland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Please note that once the goods are shipped to us, we cannot refund the shipping costs.
